Initial Treatment: 75mins and includes your consultation and first treatment. Treatments thereafter will be 45mins.

What to Wear: Loose fitting clothing to allow me easy access to acupuncture points.

Before Appointments: Eat a light snack prior and drink plenty of fluids (water/juice) pre- and post treatment. DO NOT drink caffeine prior or straight after a treatment.

Post-Treatment Advice: All patients respond differently but you can usually expect to feel very relaxed (but OK to drive). Some people feel energised. There is the possibility of minor bruising and possibly light-headed (drink fluids pre- and post treatment).

Booking/Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations with less than 36hrs notice will incur the full fee.

Payment: Payment is either direct into my bank or with cash. Insurance Company receipts are offered.
